Hammer & Hand built this stylish store on busy Pine St. in Seattle’s hip Capitol Hill neighborhood. This tenant improvement project features an empty shell that needed HVAC, lighting, a handmade center cabinet, and a check-out desk made of Carrara marble. The team also stained and polished the concrete floor and added handmade copper toe kicks to the bottom of the cabinets.
